How much is shipping?
Free over €99. Below that it is €9, anywhere in the European Union.
How long does delivery take?
Your order leaves within 1–2 working days and arrives in 3–6 working days. We email you the tracking number as soon as the parcel is moving.
How do I choose my size?
Every product page states the fit and the size the model wears. If you are between two sizes, follow the guide: size up on knitwear, down on polos.
What if the size is wrong?
You have 30 days from delivery to exchange or return an unworn item with its tags. Your first size exchange is free.
How do I pay?
By credit or debit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay, on a secure payment page. Card details never pass through our systems.
Do prices include VAT? Any customs fees?
Prices include VAT, in your country's currency. We ship inside the European Union, so there are no customs duties to pay on delivery.
What are the clothes made of?
We start from the cloth: washed linen, merino, cashmere, combed cotton, suede. Every product page carries the exact composition and how to wash it.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Until the parcel has left, yes: write to us straight away with your order number and we will hold it. After it ships, it goes through the return.
