What we process

Purchase data: name, email, phone, shipping and billing address, order contents. Card details never reach our systems: they are handled by the payment provider.

Contact data: email and, if you give it, WhatsApp number, when you join the List.

Technical data: IP address, browser and pages viewed, through measurement cookies that run until you refuse them.

Why

To perform the sale and ship your order, to meet tax obligations, to answer your questions and, with your consent, to send you news and measure our ads.

How long

Order and invoice data: 10 years, as the law requires. List sign-up: until you unsubscribe. Measurement data: 13 months at most.

Who receives it

The payment provider, the carrier, the email service and the ad platforms Meta and TikTok, unless you refused measurement cookies. We do not sell your data.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and object to processing by writing to hello@bellamaniera.com. You can withdraw consent at any time and complain to your national supervisory authority.
